At HandmadeForge, customer satisfaction matters to us. Because many of our products are handmade or custom-made, return eligibility depends on product condition and customization status.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within:
14 days of delivery
Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted for:
damaged items
defective products
incorrect items received
approved standard returns (case dependent)
Returned products must be unused and in original condition where applicable.
Custom & Personalized Orders Products made with:
custom engraving
personalized modifications
custom sizing
made-to-order customization
are generally non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Refund Process
If a return is approved:
returned item will be inspected
refund will be processed after inspection approval
refunds are typically completed within 7 business days
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges / Replacements
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue through replacement or appropriate support.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once handmade production, customization, or engraving work has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
Non-Return Situations
Returns may not be accepted for:
custom-made personalized products
buyer remorse after custom production begins
misuse or improper handling
damage caused after delivery
products restricted by customer’s local import laws
